A Bit About Me
Originally from New York, I have always had a passion for helping others, art, and travel. I had planned to become a licensed clinical therapist, but didn't feel it gave me the opportunity to express my artistic creativity so I looked for other paths. In college, I interned with Course Hero, an organization dedicated to providing resources to students to help them success in their studies, as a marketing intern. It was there that I realized the joy of marketing events. I was able to help students excel in their classes while thinking creatively about how to best get the word out there about an organization I really believed in.
After graduating, I learned I could combine what I had learned in my internship with my love of travel. It has always been my dream to travel the world, experience new cultures and meet new people. Here I am, 8 years later, living my dream of traveling while helping clients bring their vision to life and I would love to help you do the same.
Work Experience

2019 - 2020
2017 - 2019
BRIGHT - Senior Producer
Other roles held: Producer, Production Coordinator

I specialize in managing the entire event production process, from advising on budget creation and financial oversight to ensuring client satisfaction through effective execution. I collaborate closely with clients to develop event concepts, themes, and strategies that align with their budget and expectations. My role includes overseeing pre-production tasks such as creating run of show documents, managing content, and scripting. I handle contract negotiations, vendor hiring, and relationship management, while also organizing schedules, coordinating logistics for transportation and accommodations, and managing technical setups. I proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure smooth operations. On-site, I lead and supervise event staff, manage last-minute changes, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless experience. After the event, I analyze its success, gather client feedback, and identify areas for improvement to enhance future events and maintain client satisfaction.

Therabody - Tradeshow & Events Manager
I oversaw the coordination of trade shows and events from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with budgets and expectations. I conceptualized and negotiated booth designs, floor plans, and marketing assets such as graphics and product displays. I managed all logistical aspects, including tracking expenses, reconciling budgets, and maintaining the internal events calendar. Additionally, I traveled for on-site event management, handling setup, breakdown, and travel arrangements for team members. At events, I represented the company with in-depth product knowledge, a positive attitude, and adherence to company values.
Metro Healthfairs - Event Producer
Other roles held: Events Intern

I secured and coordinated company sponsors for individual events, obtained revenue through contract negotiations and invoice processing, and engaged in research and networking to acquire new vendors based on client needs. I designed and distributed floor plans and marketing materials for each client, and served as the day-of event point of contact, finding solutions to ensure the successful completion of events. Notably, I was promoted from intern to full-time planner in less than a year, successfully took on Executive Assistant responsibilities beyond my initial role, and spearheaded a green initiative that transitioned the company to a paperless operation, increasing revenue by 17% in the first two quarters of the calendar year.
